Today was a "boring" day, and we are doing as much as possible to prepare for Noelle's homecoming. We will post more tomorrow after {hopefully} her contrast x-ray is scheduled. As always, thank you so much for praying!!
Hey there i been reading your blog tonight about your journey, I myself have been through the same journey with all my babies 1 born 29 weeks, 1 26 weeks and 1 24 weeks who was the smallest at 480 grams. I just wanted to let you know i know how you feel and how the ups and downs and everything else in between can really test you. I am glad to see she is doing well and hopefully you will be home with her soon, and you might find it weird not having to get up and go to the hospital, it took me a few weeks to get used to that fact :) Also don't worry if you go home with oxygen it is easy to manage we had it at home for about 4 months. If you have any questions please feel free to ask i know i am a stranger but i know from experience it can help asking/talking to someone who has been there
Praise the Lord you had a "boring" day. That meant no problems, just waiting and growing and being with your sweet "little one" We had a preemie a little over 34 years ago. She was a "big" 2 lb. 13 oz. baby, yet so very small. We didn't have to struggle through the many things you have gone through, but at that time in our lives, we probably wouldn't have been able to handle it as well as you. She was number four of the six children we were blessed with. Anyway, I am excited that Noelle is getting close to going home with you. I'll be praying that the xrays show possitive results.
